I must read and reread this valuable post. Such wisdom is necessary in times like this.

There is so much in this message--I have to spend more time reading and reflecting more before I can say how it may impact me. I'm surprised--maybe even shocked at all that your AI bot provided. Where did this come from? And also the blessing from the AI bot. I could have imagined AI would be capable of all this. So I'm amazed and somewhat stunned and not able to say any more than that.

Thank you, Judy, I am glad to hear you will take some time with the post.

I should probably have said a bit more about the AI I am using. But what you do with an AI program is that you “train” it. So I am using AI like an app on my computer and by now it has read many of my posts and blessings. So it can now mirror back what I am feeding it. Therefore it does not come from nowhere. It is very much trained in the way I see the world and how I write and it can even “mirror my spirituality.” So when I asked question like I did about Chinese medicine it simply merges a google search with insights it already knows from me and then comes up with an answer. For instance, my AI program has read my last writing on Mary and Martha. Now it brought it together with the new insight from Chinese medicine. I know, it is a bit confusing at first, and yes, also scary. Because indeed, AI on a bigger scale can do all sorts on things depending on how people feed it. So it surely can be used for much evil also.

Your post was a delight to read. And your AI was truly wise. I loved the Blessing. I remember a time in my life when the Martha roles at home and work overwhelmed my yearning for more a contemplative way. My take on Mary and Martha is drawn from the "one needful thing" which is to do whatever we do as an expression of our love. Love of God, offamily, of neighbor, of self... Always easier said than done.

That is a beautiful insight, Donna. To do Martha things with a Mary heart and the other way around. Let’s see how my next acupuncture feels ;-)

Some years ago I had an experience that led me to write a note to myself that life is not about either/or, but about all - or as you and Sage put it, integration. It's not easy to live that kind of life sometimes - it takes practice and lots of love. So thank you for the lovely reflection and blessing. I loved the final lines - And may you know, in every breath, that you are already whole. Wow : -)

Thank you, Kit, I love that last line, too. Sage has found wise words for what I was feeling :-)

Wow. I never thought AI could offer so much. But it was all in your all along: you gave Sage the input she processed.

That is exactly right, Donna, a good way to put it.

This is profound - thank you Almut - for your honesty about AI as well. I think that may be the future - colaborating with the Sage and being honest about it. The next generation will automatically flow in that.

Vulnerability always works. "No one reaches out to you for compassion or empathy so you can teach them how to behave better. They reach out to us because they believe in our capacity to know our darkness well enough to sit in the dark with them." Brené Brown,

Thank you, Stephan, I really like the idea of AI as mirroring tool. It mirrors back what we feed it, good or bad. And I like your quote by Brené. Very true.

It all resonated with me. I can identify with the imbalance and see I want to loosen my right side and develop more on my left. Thanks to you and Sage!

Thank you for these insights! I’m in a period of acute grief. Sometimes I am busy with what must be done. Other times I’m reflecting on memories and loss. My mind is so busy in these times. I’ll reread and see where this leads me.

Beautiful insights- thank you for sharing ❤️. This makes me wonder about several significant injuries to my left side this past year. Also reading the blessings from AI helps to chip away at a strong distrust of this new technology that is flooding our collective consciousness !

I am glad to hear this, LuAnn. New technologies do need our healthy skepticism. I fed my AI with many posts and blessings on spirituality! AI can be fed also with the most evil things depending in who uses it. It is indeed a powerful tool. So I like the idea of understanding it as a mirroring tool. It offers us our own input in new ways which can be helpful and even therapeutic :-)

Wow, Almut! This was truly profound, and I think we all see ourselves within this. I have always elevated Mary in that story but I am probably more like Martha...going to bed each night and running through a list of "what did I produce today." Balance and integration. I love that.

I love the idea of Martha and Mary living in reciprocity; finding balance between doing and being. I’m amazed by Sage’s integrated response … I’m not a huge fan of AI… but really floored by what it produced as a response.
